The hour passes are in the app. You buy hours of guide. Your balance runs while the guide is on, and turning the guide off is what stops it.

The hours you buy never expire. Whatever is left from one trip waits for the next one, and the balance you buy later adds to the one already there.

What your hours turn on

The automatic guide. It narrates the places you go past on its own, with no typing, no stopping the car and no looking at the screen. The story starts when you come near a place worth hearing. Including the one you had no idea was there.

Discovering costs no hours

The rest of Tuggi asks for no balance. There are more than 2 million mapped points, and Tuggi is present in 48 countries. All of it opens without buying anything:

The map, the routes and the search, to find what exists around you.
Reading the name and the description of any point is always free, in full, in the language of your device.
Listening to the story of a point by tapping it, within the day's quota.
Seeing the events happening nearby, opening the card of each one and asking to be reminded before it starts.

Before you buy anything, there are welcome hours waiting inside the app. You are the one who turns them on, once per account, and turning them on costs nothing.

How the hours are counted

Every minute with the guide on uses one minute of your balance. A minute you start and do not finish is not charged. The count is the same with a signal or without one.

Closing the app does not leave the count running. The session ends with it, and time spent in silence never reaches your balance.

There is also a monthly subscription. It gives unlimited access while it is in effect, it renews automatically every month, and it is cancelled in the store. Its price is on the App Store and on Google Play.

The balance you already bought is not lost while the subscription is in effect. It sits still, it does not expire, and it counts again when the subscription ends.
